1. What kind of production cycle do you work to?

Production cycles vary according to the length and number of streams of the event as well as time constraints from the client’s side. E.g. a 2 day summit with 4 half day workshops would run on an 8-10 week cycle as would a 2 day 2 stream event. However there is scope to shorten the production cycle and this can be agreed upon discussion.
