Q1) What kind of production cycle do you work to?
Production cycles vary according to the length, number of streams as well as time constraints from the client’s side. E.g. a 2 day summit with 4 half day workshops would run on an 8-10 week cycle as would a 2 day 2 stream event. However there is scope to shorten the production cycle and this can be agreed upon discussion.
Before production is commenced we will work with the client to define the scope of the project and all relevant timelines.
