Conference Management - Executing

The final piece of the puzzle is finalising the onsite planning, ensuring all components are in the right place to run the conference on the day. This includes:

  • Development of bump in and bump out plans
  • Development of running order
  • Allocation of onsite tasks
  • Management of delegate, speaker and exhibitor registrations
  • Carrying out all onsite tasks as planned
